Our Programs

Our programs are designed to reach individuals within 4 to 6 months pre-release from incarceration. We provide over 624 hours of service per participant over the course of their program.

The Hope Foundation Reentry Network Inc. offers programs designed to promote public safety through the effective and efficient Fresh Start Mentoring Program. Our evidence-based "What Works" components challenge individuals' thought processes in a structured therapeutic setting, aiming to enhance self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation. Our goal is to support individuals in achieving substance abuse freedom and adopting a criminal-free lifestyle.

Fresh Start Programs

Fresh Start, Virtual Mentoring Program + Fresh Start, DOC Residence Program

Program Introduction

The Fresh Start Mentoring unit is established to provide tailored programming that addresses unique developmental needs, blending counseling, mentoring, structure, and self-governance principles. Through education, behavioral health treatment, life skills training, entrepreneurial learning, and workforce development, we seek to create positive change. This vision is realized through a therapeutic housing unit that integrates counseling, mentoring, and structured support. The Fresh Start Mentoring program is a 12-week structured educational initiative with a mission to drive positive and lasting changes in the lives of incarcerated offenders grappling with substance abuse. Participants engage in a highly structured environment alongside life coaches (mentors) to cultivate pro-social values and develop the skills needed for a successful return to their communities. By empowering participants to make positive contributions, we aim to reduce criminal activities and recidivism rates effectively.
